So, it's your first time on Mukuru and you want to get going quickly! No problem, just follow the two steps below, and you'll sending money back home in a jiffy.

1. Customer Signup

Okay, first thing we need you to do is sign up, this will only take a moment, and then you'll be ready to place an order. If you're struggling with the sign-up screen then have a quick look at our video Muuutorial which will give you a step by step guide.

2. Place an order

Great, you've got a Mukuru Account set up and now you want to send some bucks back home to that mad aunty for her birthday – you're ready for your first order. Placing an order is quick and easy, especially if you're using your credit or debit card – however there are other ways to settle with us: via wire transfer and even cash deposit at your nearest Barclays Bank.

3. Easy re-order

So everything went well last time - you sent some money back home and your relative collected it without a hitch. But it's now a month later and you want to send your aunty another US$100. No problem! Just use the re-order in your order history. One-click and you're all done!
