1. Customer Signup

OK, first thing we need you to do is sign up to Mukuru.com, this will only take a moment, and then you'll be ready to place an order. If you're struggling with the sign-up screen then have a quick look at our Video Muuutorial which will give you a step by step guide.

2. Place an order

Great, you've got a Mukuru Account set up and now you want to send some bucks back home to that mad aunty for her birthday - you're ready for your first order. Placing an order is quick and easy, especially if you're using your credit or debit card - however there are other ways to settle with us: via wire transfer and even cash deposit at your nearest Barclays Bank.

3. Easy re-order
