Mukuru.com is very very pleased to announce the BETA release of it's customer-to-customer SecureMail system.
What does it do?
Mukuru SecureMail allows you to log on to your Mukuru Account, and send messages to other Mukuru users that you know.
How is it secure?
Every single sMail message you receive or send is encrypted and hashed and jumbled and mumbled and scrambled and beaten and punched into an unreadable format that only YOU can unlock and read. If anyone else accesses your mail they will be met with utter tripe and mumbo-jumbo.
You also have to log into your SecureMail with a four-digit PIN so even if someone hacks into your Mukuru Account, they have to know your PIN code to get into your inbox.
Most importantly, because you are messaging people ON Mukuru.com, your sMail messages never leave our server, so your message never has to travel via any other ISP (Internet Service Providers) - likewise people cannot write to you from any other email account, this is purely messaging on our platform, between users - with your message scrambled, and none of it travelling through any other ISPs.
There is also NO SPAM whatsoever, because people can only write to you if you give them your Mukuru username and email address, so it's really YOU who determines who you'd like to be communicating with.
Attachments and other Jazz
We knew that for you to be happy in your new Secure Messaging environment you'd need to be able to send attachments, and send to multipile recipients, reply to, label your messages, manage your address book, sort - everything you'd find in any hotmail/gmail/yahoo account - and we've done it all. You'll also get a copy of all your emails from Mukuru.com when you place and order - now everything is at your fingertips.....securely.
