Terms & Conditions for the Mukuru UK Mothers Day Campaign
Introduction
The MukuruUK_MothersDay(“the Competition”) is being run by Remitix Limited (Company Registration number 5270734) trading as Mukuru (“Mukuru”) from 19 March 2020 to 24 March 2020 (“the Campaign Period”) subject to these specific terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions for Campaigns which can be found at www.remitix.com (“Competition Ts & Cs”) https://www.mukuru.com/en-uk/Competition-terms-conditions/
By participating in the Campaign, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these terms as well as the Competition Ts & Cs (as may be applicable).

Campaign Participation Requirements:
To qualify to participate in the Campaign you must:
be a registered Mukuru Customer;
send money using the Mukuru Service, from the EU / UK to your chosen recipient;
comment on the Mukuru UK Facebook page telling Mukuru something amazing about your mother or your mother figure.
abide by all applicable Ts & Cs.
By entering the Campaign, you are granting Mukuru permission and authority to use your name and any photo you use in this Campaign for the purposes of this Campaign and for any other marketing communication.
Mukuru Customers who fulfil the requirements of clause 2.1 above will be referred to as “Qualifying Participants” for the purposes of the Campaign.
The Facebook “Like” button is a feature that allows users to show their support for specific comments, pictures, wall posts, statuses, or fan pages. Added in February 2009, the “like” button allows users to show their appreciation for content without having to make a written comment.
The Campaign
Tell Mukuru something amazing about your mother or a mother figure in your life on the Mukuru UK Facebook page.
One Winner will be selected to receive the Prize.
The Prize(s)
The Winner will receive £100 (one hundred Pounds) which will either be sent to the winner’s bank account or which the Winner may choose to remit to a recipient of his/her choice in applicable countries, using the Mukuru Service (less applicable remittance fees) (the “Prize”).
If the Prize is remitted to the winner, using the Mukuru Service, the Prize will be in the currency of the winner’s country, less the applicable Mukuru remittance fees.
Winners Selection
One Qualifying Participant will be randomly selected as the winners.
The random selection of the Winner will take place at the end of the Campaign Period.
Announcement of winners
The Winner will be announced on Facebook on 25 March 2020.
Mukuru will comment on the Winner’s Facebook post and ask the Winner to provide Mukuru with their email and telephone number in order to receive the Prize.
If Mukuru is not able to reach the winner within 3 days of the winner selection, then the prize will be forfeited.
General
Mukuru employees will not be allowed to enter the Campaign.
If for any reason, the Campaign cannot run as planned because of any technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
Mukuru may vary the terms of or cancel the Campaign at any time. Mukuru may vary or cancel the Campaign at any time without any liability to any person involved directly or indirectly in the Campaign.
Mukuru cannot be held liable for any loss, expense or damage to any person participating in the Campaign.
A failure by Mukuru to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Qualifying Participant. If Mukuru does not enforce a provision, this will not mean that Mukuru has given up on or lost any rights.
Mukuru will not assume any liability to any participant or Qualifying Participant in connection with or arising out of the Campaign however it is caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities
These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and determined in accordance with the laws of England.
