Make sure you bring the documentation listed in Step 2 below.

STEP 2

After you choose the sign up method that suits your needs, you’ll need to submit a few documents to get started. Choose from our account types below

We need to verify your documents to activate this send limit. It can take up to 24 hours.

WE NEED FROM YOU:

Clear image of your legal identification document (Uganda ID, a foreign ID or Passport)
A selfie holding your ID
Your full names, date of birth, ID/passport number, place of birth, home (residential) address, gender, mobile number & occupation (job title)

We need to verify your documents to activate this send limit. It can take up to 24 hours.

Send up to USD 120 000.00 per year. We need:

Clear image of your legal identification document (Uganda ID, a foreign ID or Passport)
A selfie holding your ID
Your full names, date of birth, ID/passport number, place of birth, home (residential) address, gender, mobile number & occupation (job title)
Proof of your source of funds/income (e.g. latest monthly payslip, 3x months’ bank statements, letter from employer)
Proof of your home (residential) address (e.g. utility bill / rates & taxes invoice not older than 3months, bank statement, affidavit from co-habitant, lease agreement – all reflecting your full name and address)
