The Mukuru “All or Nothing Gameshow” Campaign (“the Campaign”) is run by Mukuru Financial Services Zimbabwe Limited (Company Registration Number 31/2024) (“Mukuru”) from 13 January 2025 – 28 February 2025, or until Mukuru decides to end the Campaign (“the Campaign Period”), subject to these specific terms and conditions (“Specific Ts & Cs”) and the general terms and conditions for campaigns found at www.mukuru.com (“General Campaign Ts & Cs”), together the “Campaign Ts and Cs”..
By participating in the Campaign, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the Campaign Ts & Cs.

Campaign Entry Requirements:
To qualify to participate in the Campaign, you must:
Sign up for the new Mukuru Wallet during the Campaign Period by using WhatsApp (+263 867 700 9604) or USSD (*646#). For the avoidance of doubt, this includes existing Mukuru Wallet customers who signed up for the new Mukuru Wallet before the Campaign Period.
Participate in the “All or Nothing Gameshow” by:
Tuning in to the ZIFM Morning Drive show during the designated timeslot of 07h47-07h52 AM.
Listening for the game show segment cue and calling the station when prompted.
Answering a series of general knowledge questions on air, with one question relating to Mukuru’s wallet services.
Comply with these T&Cs (both Specific Ts & Cs and General Campaign Ts & Cs).
You must also be 18 (eighteen) years or older and possess a valid Mukuru Wallet to receive the prize.
“Qualifying Participants” will be those who fulfill the requirements set out in 2.1 and 2.2 above.
Mukuru processes your personal information when you use the Mukuru Service. Protecting your personal information is important to Mukuru and processing is done according to our Privacy Notice. When we run Campaigns and you qualify for a prize , Mukuru will need to process your personal information for additional purposes. For example, your personal information may be used to validate your entry, make the prize available to you if you are a winner and potentially share your personal information with 3rd parties (including 3rd parties in other countries) who have a need to know. We will ensure those 3rd parties have adequate data protection safeguards in place. Mukuru also announces the winners on social media or live on broadcast air. If the Campaign includes Mukuru wanting to post photos of you as a winner on social media, you will be asked if you agree thereto. By entering this Campaign, you consent to Mukuru processing your personal information for the purposes of validating your entry, awarding the prize, and making any related announcements regarding the Campaign.
The Prize
During each gameshow segment, participants answer progressively harder questions for higher prize increments. The maximum prize value per participant per segment is USD30 (thirty United States dollars).
If a participant answers any question incorrectly, they forfeit all progress and do not receive any partial prizes.
One winner may be identified each day of the Campaign Period, provided they successfully answer all questions correctly. There are up to five winners per week, for a possible total of 35 winners across the seven-week duration (13 January – 28 February 2025).
The prize will be credited to the winner’s Mukuru Wallet within seven (7) working days after the winner’s successful participation.
Winner Announcement & Notification
Winners will typically be announced live on ZIFM during the Morning Drive show segment as soon as they successfully answer all questions.
If a winner does not wish to have their name announced on air, they must inform the radio host or Mukuru representative immediately. Mukuru will respect the Winner’s preference and not announce their name publicly if they opt out.
Winners must verify their identity by providing an ID or Passport number as well as their Mukuru Wallet details.
Mukuru will attempt to contact each potential winner up to three (3) times if additional information is required. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide the necessary verification within that time, their prize will be forfeited, and Mukuru may select an alternative winner.
General
Mukuru employees and agents (including their immediate family members) are not allowed to enter the Campaign.
Winners cannot decline a prize they have rightfully won or request a different prize.
Mukuru reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign at any time if technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond its control affect the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign.
If the Campaign is terminated early, any winners determined prior to termination will still receive their prizes, provided they have complied with the Campaign Ts and Cs.
The prize is not transferable for cash or any other item, unless otherwise stated in the Campaign Ts and Cs. or agreed in writing by Mukuru.
Mukuru will not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by any participant or winner in connection with this Campaign. The prize is provided “as is,” without any warranties other than those given by the original issuer (if applicable).
Failure by Mukuru to enforce any of these T&Cs does not constitute a waiver of those terms and does not give rise to any claim by any participant.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. By entering the Campaign, you agree to indemnify Mukuru against any claims or liabilities arising from your participation or acceptance of a prize.
Acceptance
By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Campaign Ts and Cs.
