1. Introduction
    1. The Mukuru Back to School Campaign (“the Campaign”) is being run by Send Money Home Private Limited  (Company Registration number 1446/2012 )  trading as Mukuru (“Mukuru”) from 1 September 2021 to 30 September 2021 (“the Campaign Period”) subject to these specific terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions for campaigns which can be found at www.mukuru.com (“Campaign Ts & Cs”)
    2. By participating in the Campaign, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the Campaign Ts & Cs (as may be applicable).

  2. Campaign Entry Requirements:
    1. In order to qualify for entry into the Campaign you must:
      1. be a registered Mukuru Customer (as defined by Mukuru);
      2. order and pay for one or more Mukuru Stationary Pack(s) for a recipient of your choice in Zimbabwe, during the Campaign Period;
      3. abide by all the Campaign Ts and Cs.
    2. Mukuru must process your personal information to validate your entry and if you are a winner, to make the Prize available to you. By entering the Campaign, you consent to us processing your personal information for this purpose. If you do not consent, please do not enter the Campaign.
    3. Participants who fulfil the requirements of clause 2.1 and 2.2 above will be referred to as “Qualifying Participants” for the purposes of the Campaign.
  3. The Prize
    1. The recipient of the Mukuru Stationary Pack(s) will receive an additional one Mukuru Stationary Pack for free. For the avoidance of doubt, even though more than one Mukuru Stationary Pack may have been ordered in one transaction, only one additional free Mukuru Stationary Pack will apply.
    2. A Qualifying Recipient can only participate in the Campaign once.
  4. Pickup of Prizes
    1. Mukuru will create a “mukuru stationary order” in the name of the recipient (recipient must reside in Zimbabwe). The recipient must at own cost collect the stationary pack in Zimbabwe, from Mukuru’s groceries partner Metro Peech & Browne Wholesalers.
  5. General
    1. Mukuru employees will not be allowed to enter the Campaign.
    2. Qualifying Participants must be 18 years or older.
    3. If for any reason, the Campaign cannot run as planned because of any technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
    4. Mukuru may vary the terms of or cancel the Campaign at any time. Mukuru may vary or cancel the Campaign at any time without any liability to any person involved directly or indirectly in the Campaign.
    5. Mukuru cannot be held liable for any loss, expense or damage to any person participating in the Campaign.
    6. Neither Mukuru  nor its agents shall be responsible for any loss or misdirected entries, including entries that were not received due to any failure of hardware, software, or other computer or technical systems affecting participating and/or prize redemption process of the Campaign.
    7. A failure by Mukuru to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Qualifying Entrant or winner. If Mukuru does not enforce a provision, this will not mean that Mukuru has given up on or lost any rights.
    8. Mukuru will not assume any liability to any participant, Qualifying Participant, or prize winner in connection with or arising out of the Campaign however it is caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities
    9. These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and determined in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
