How to change my recipient’s name or mobile number?

You can edit your recipient details under recent transactions or in your recipients tab, provided there are no paid orders awaiting collection for that recipient. Click Edit recipient profile which will allow you to make the desired change. Contact the Mukuru contact center if you wish to make changes on recipients with outstanding paid orders awaiting collection. Recipients of mobile wallet and bank top-ups will need to be edited by the Mukuru contact center.
