The Mukuru Zambia Customer Reactivation Discount Campaign (“the Campaign”) is being run by Mukuru Money Transfer Limited (Company Registration Number 120130109728) (“Mukuru”) between 6 – 31 May 2026 (“the Campaign Period”) subject to these specific terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions for Campaigns and Campaigns which can be found at www.mukuru.com (“Campaign Ts & Cs”).
By participating in the Campaign, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the Campaign Ts & Cs.

Campaign Entry Requirements:
To qualify to participate in the Campaign, you must:
be a valid Mukuru customer in Zambia (as defined by Mukuru),
not having transacted for between 60 and 270 days before the Campaign started,
have received the promotional marketing related to this Campaign via the Mukuru WhatsApp/SMS channel during the Campaign Period; and
comply with these terms and conditions.
Persons who fulfil the requirements of clause 2.1 above will be referred to as “Qualifying Participants” for the purposes of the Campaign.
Mukuru processes your personal information when you use the Mukuru Service. Protecting your personal information is important to Mukuru and processing is done according to our Privacy Notice. When we run Campaigns and you qualify for a Discount, Mukuru will need to process your personal information for additional purposes. For example, potentially share your personal information with 3rd parties (including 3rd parties in other countries) who need to know. We will ensure those 3rd parties have adequate data protection safeguards in place. Mukuru also announces the winners on social media and if this Campaign includes Mukuru wanting to post photos or videos of you as a Winner on our social media, you will be asked if you agree thereto, and you have the right to withhold consent.
The Campaign
All Qualifying Participants will each receive 2x 25% discounts on their transaction fee that applies to their next IMT send to Zimbabwe or South Africa.
The Discount will automatically apply to the transaction upon checkout.
The Campaign cannot be forwarded or shared with anyone else and will only be redeemable by the Qualifying Participant.
General
Qualifying Participants must be 18 years or older.
If for any reason, the Campaign cannot run as planned because of any technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, stock unavailability, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
This Campaign overrides other discounts or promotions running at the same time.
Mukuru may vary the terms of or cancel the Campaign at any time. Mukuru may vary or cancel the Campaign at any time without any liability to any person involved directly or indirectly in the Campaign.
The Discount is not transferable for cash or otherwise.
A failure by Mukuru to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Qualifying Participant. If Mukuru does not enforce a provision, this will not mean that Mukuru has given up on or lost any rights.
Mukuru will not assume any liability to any participant, or Qualifying Participant in connection with or arising out of the Campaign however it is caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited rewards, damages, and other liabilities
