Here’s what the journey typically looks like:
You’ll start by meeting some of the people you’ll be working closely with, along with someone from our Human Capital team. If there’s mutual excitement about what we could build together, we may ask you to complete a technical task — like a case study presentation or a coding exercise — depending on the role you’ve applied for. This helps us understand how you think, solve, and create. If your work reflects what we’re looking for, we’ll move on to an online psychometric assessment before making a formal offer.

While the steps might vary depending on the role, every part of our recruitment process is designed to give us insight into your capabilities, your mindset, and how you could thrive at Mukuru.
