The Mukuru x Remitly Send Campaign (“the Campaign”) is run by Send Money Home (Pvt) Ltd (Company Registration Number 1446/2012) (“Mukuru”), in collaboration with Remitly, from 2 February 2026 to 15 March 2026, or until Mukuru decides to end the Campaign (“the Campaign Period”), subject to these specific terms and conditions (“Specific Ts & Cs”) and the general terms and conditions for promotions found at www.mukuru.com (“General Campaign Ts & Cs”), together the “Campaign Ts & Cs”.
By participating in the Campaign, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the Campaign Ts & Cs.

Campaign Entry Requirements:
To qualify to participate in the Campaign, you must be 18 years or older, resident in Zimbabwe, and collect a Remitly remittance at a Mukuru location in Zimbabwe during the Campaign Period. You must present a valid National ID or Passport at collection. No minimum send amount applies.
Each successful collection of a Remitly transfer at a Mukuru branch/booth/agent in Zimbabwe during the Campaign Period counts as one (1) entry into the next scheduled draw. If a Remitly transfer is cancelled or not successfully collected, the entry is invalid.
Employees, agents and contractors of Mukuru and Remitly (including immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.
Mukuru processes your personal information to validate entries, conduct the draws, contact winners, deliver prizes and make related announcements, in line with Mukuru’s Privacy Notice. Where third parties (including Remitly) assist, appropriate safeguards apply. Winners may be contacted by phone/SMS and, with consent, their names and/or images may be published on Mukuru’s official social media platforms and/or website.
The Prizes and Draw
Each winner will receive one (1) 50-inch TV (valued up to USD $550). There are five (5) winners in total for the Campaign.
Random draws will be conducted in Zimbabwe at approximately two- to three-week intervals during the Campaign Period, with one (1) winner per draw, until five winners have been selected.
Prizes are awarded subject to verification and compliance with these Ts & Cs. Mukuru may require proof of identity, proof of eligibility, and reasonable cooperation to facilitate prize handover. Entries arising from cancelled, fraudulent, or non-collected remittances are void.
The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other item.
One prize per person for the duration of the Campaign.
Winner Announcement, Notification and Collection
Selected winners will be contacted by Mukuru using the contact details recorded at collection. Mukuru will make up to two (2) phone call attempts. If a winner cannot be reached after two attempts, or fails verification, Mukuru may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Subject to consent, winners will be announced on Mukuru’s social media platforms and/or website at intervals aligned to the draw schedule.
Winners must collect the TV at their nearest main Mukuru branch (as directed by Mukuru) within fourteen (14) days of successful contact/verification, at their own travel cost. If not collected within this period, the prize will be forfeited and Mukuru may select an alternate winner.
By accepting the prize, winners agree to reasonable photo/video capture at the point of collection and to the use of their name, image and likeness in Mukuru’s promotional materials relating to this Campaign.
General
The Campaign is administered by Send Money Home (Pvt) Ltd in collaboration with Remitly on a co-marketing basis. Mukuru is responsible for draws, winner contact and prize fulfilment in Zimbabwe.
Mukuru reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Campaign at any time, including if technical failures, unauthorised intervention, regulatory requirements, or any other causes beyond its control affect the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign. If the Campaign is terminated early, any prizes confirmed prior to termination will remain honoured.
Mukuru will not be liable for any costs, damages or losses incurred by any participant in connection with this Campaign. The prizes are provided “as is” and subject to availability, network conditions, partner systems and applicable law.
Before a Remitly transfer is successfully collected at a Mukuru location and recorded in Mukuru’s systems, any dispute, delay, cancellation, reversal, refund, chargeback, fraud/KYC flag, exchange-rate or fee query, or technical/system error relating to the Remitly send (including app/platform, processor, network or API outages) is solely a matter between the sender/recipient and Remitly. No entry is created until successful collection is recorded within the relevant draw window. Mukuru may rely on Remitly’s data/confirmations, may exclude, defer or void affected entries, is not obliged to reinstate or backdate entries, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from such issues. Mukuru’s time-stamped records (together with Remitly confirmations) are conclusive as to entry creation and timing.
If there is any conflict between these Specific Ts & Cs and the General Campaign Ts & Cs, these Specific Ts & Cs will apply to the extent of the conflict.
These Campaign Ts & Cs are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. The courts of Zimbabwe will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms.

By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Campaign Ts & Cs.
