The Mukuru IMT Spa Voucher Competition (“the Competition”) is being run by Send Money Home (Pvt) Ltd (Company Registration number 1446/2012 ) (“Mukuru) from 1 – 30 September 2026 (“the Competition Period”) subject to these specific terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions for Competitions and Competitions which can be found at www.mukuru.com (“Competition Ts & Cs”).
By participating in the Competition, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the Competition Ts & Cs.

Competition Entry Requirements:
To qualify to participate in the Competition, you must:
be a registered Mukuru customer in Zimbabwe (as defined by Mukuru);
send $500 or more through an International Money Transfer (IMT) to any country Mukuru operates in during the Competition Period.
comply with these terms and conditions.
Persons who fulfil the requirements of clause 2.1 above will be referred to as “Qualifying Participants” for the Competition.
Each qualifying IMT as described in clause 2.1 ensures 1 entry into the Competition.
Mukuru processes your personal information when you use our service, according to our Privacy Notice. If you qualify for a prize in our Competitions, we may use your information to validate your entry, award the prize, and share it with necessary third parties. We ensure these third parties have adequate data protection. Winners may be announced on social media. If we wish to post your photo as a winner, we will ask for your consent, which you can refuse. By sharing photos of identifiable people, you confirm their consent and indemnify Mukuru of any responsibility.
The Prize
All Qualifying Participants will be entered into a random draw where 2 winners will each win a luxury spa experience for 2 people valued at $340.
Winners will be contacted directly on the contact details linked to the Mukuru account that performed the winning IMT. If Mukuru fails to obtain a positive response within 48 hours of contacting a winner, the Prize will be forfeited, and the next winner will be contacted.
The winners will receive their digital spa voucher via the e-mail they provide.
Winners will be announced on 6 October 2026 on the official Mukuru Facebook page.
General
The Prize cannot be exchanged for anything else.
Any costs related to the collection and use of the Prize will be for the winner’s account. For the avoidance of doubt, winners will be required to travel to and from the spa, located at 3 St Michael’s Lane, Borrowdale, Harare.
If for any reason, the Competition cannot run as planned because of any technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, stock unavailability, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or cancel the Competition and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
Mukuru may vary the terms of or cancel the Competition at any time. Mukuru may vary or cancel the Competition at any time without any liability to any person involved directly or indirectly in the Competition.
Mukuru cannot be held liable for any loss, expense, or damage to any person participating in the Competition.
A failure by Mukuru to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Qualifying Participant. If Mukuru does not enforce a provision, this will not mean that Mukuru has given up on or lost any rights.
Mukuru will not assume any liability to any participant, or Qualifying Participant in connection with or arising out of the Competition however it is caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited rewards, damages, and other liabilities
These Competition Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
