The SA Mukuru Card to Mukuru Wallet in Zimbabwe Fees Offer (“the Offer”) is being run by Mukuru Africa (Pty) Ltd (Company Registration number 2013/003424/07) (“Mukuru”) between 22 January 2026 – 31 May 2026, or until Mukuru decides to terminate the Offer (“the Offer Period”) subject to these specific terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions for Offers and Offers which can be found at www.mukuru.com (“Offer Ts & Cs”).
By participating in the Offer, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the Offer Ts & Cs.

Offer Entry Requirements:
To qualify to participate in the Offer, you must:
be a valid Mukuru card customer in South Africa;
have received the promotional marketing related to this Offer via the Mukuru WhatsApp channel during the Offer Period;
perform an international money transfer (IMT) of any amount from your SA Mukuru Card into a Mukuru Wallet in Zimbabwe; and
comply with these terms and conditions.
Persons who fulfil the requirements of clause 2.1 above will be referred to as “Qualifying Participants” for the purposes of the Offer.
Mukuru processes your personal information when you use the Mukuru Service. Protecting your personal information is important to Mukuru and processing is done according to our Privacy Notice. When we run Offers and you qualify for a Discount, Mukuru will need to process your personal information for additional purposes. For example, potentially share your personal information with 3rd parties (including 3rd parties in other countries) who need to know. We will ensure those 3rd parties have adequate data protection safeguards in place. Mukuru also announces the winners on social media and if this Offer includes Mukuru wanting to post photos or videos of you as a Winner on our social media, you will be asked if you agree thereto, and you have the right to withhold consent.
The Offer
All Qualifying Participants will each receive a discounted rate of up to 5% for the qualifying transaction fee that applies to the IMT from a Mukuru Card in South Africa to a Mukuru Wallet in Zimbabwe, as stipulated in clause 2.1.3.
The Discount will automatically apply to the transaction upon checkout.
The Offer cannot be forwarded or shared with anyone else and will only be redeemable by the Qualifying Participant.
General
Qualifying Participants must be 18 years or older.
If for any reason, the Offer cannot run as planned because of any technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, stock unavailability, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Offer, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or cancel the Offer and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
This Offer overrides other discounts or promotions running at the same time.
Mukuru may vary the terms or cancel the Offer at any time without any liability to any person involved directly or indirectly in the Offer.
The Discount is not transferable for cash or otherwise.
A failure by Mukuru to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Qualifying Participant. If Mukuru does not enforce a provision, this will not mean that Mukuru has given up on or lost any rights.
Mukuru will not assume any liability to any participant, or Qualifying Participant in connection with or arising out of the Offer however it is caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited rewards, damages, and other liabilities
